Before anything else, we would like to sincerely apologize if our product did not meet your expectations. This form is designed to facilitate the smooth processing of all exchange and return requests. Please have faith and bear with us, as Olore Fragrances is committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

Our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept returns for any perfume that you are unsatisfied with.

Please note:

• It may take 5-6 working days to process your request.

• We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase.

• Perfumes should have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.

• Returns and exchanges are only applicable to 50ML roll-on perfume bottles.
